Delete your Locupix account

Locupix, LLC provides permanent account deletion in the Android app and on the web. Deleting your account also deletes the Locupix data associated with that account.

Android app

  1. 1.Open Locupix and sign in.
  2. 2.Open Settings.
  3. 3.Select Delete Account.
  4. 4.Type DELETE and confirm.

Web

  1. 1.Sign in to Locupix Settings.
  2. 2.Select Request account deletion.
  3. 3.Review the confirmation and permanently delete the account.

Forgot your password?

Request a password reset using the email address registered to your account. We will email you a secure reset link; for security, Locupix cannot retrieve or email your existing password. After resetting it, sign in and delete your account from Settings.

If you created your account with Google or Apple, use that provider's sign-in or account recovery process, then return to Locupix Settings to delete the account.

What deletion does

Permanent deletion removes your account and profile, authentication connections, settings, learning progress, and account-linked lesson and practice history from the active Locupix service.

Limited records may remain temporarily in routine backups or operational and security logs, or where retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. They are not used to keep an active Locupix account. See our Privacy Policy.
